Suitex International is searching for one of the biggest Turkish textile manufacturer, a profile focusing on printing & dyeing production expertise.

The main idea is that the Producer wants to challenge his knowledge and expertise in production and find improvement areas both on printing and dyeing, and any other areas that relate to them such as sourcing or finishing. So they need a highly experienced professional from a leading printing mill that can tell them what they are doing right, what they are doing wrong, and help them implement new things. They do both rotation and digital printing, and uni-dye.

Contract term: preferably 6-12 months consulting bases, but open to discuss other options.

Salary: depends on the profile and past experience and contract term. Seniority: minimum 10 years, preferably 15.

Past experience: large scale printing mill.

It might be also interesting to take a look into machine/chemical suppliers who might have technical experts etc that collaborated intensely with these big mills on production improvement.
