We are searching for a young talented and high-potential Head of Production Manager for one of the leading and most dynamic luxury lifestyle brand in the world.

The Head of Production Manager will be able to manage complexity and to rationalize production and lead times in a highly dynamic environment, through effective production planning techniques focusing on highest level of customer satisfaction.

The collection is a total look dressing both men and women and it is realized in Italy and Europe as well. The merchandising mix is wide and complex, from suites and blazers, to evening dresses and denim, mixing sartorial heritage with urban moods, techno fabrics with precious materials and including bags, shoes and accessories as well.

The ideal candidate has an international background in production management of at least 5 years. He/she has a proven track record in managing luxury and highly growing brands. We are looking for a young, flexible, smart and strong manager who, directly collaborating with the CEO, will manage and find new suppliers and will lead the production and quality team overseeing and optimizing the production processes.

Fluency in UK, as well as Italian, are necessary.
