Our intervention consists of the following phases:
- Meeting with the firm's management: definition of the needs which must be satisfied and all the necessary information, analysis of the variables and of the company's strategic choices;
- direct research of the most interesting professional figures in the firms in the vicinity both for the area and the kind of product, and through the Suitex data bank, which is the most important collection of information on the fashion sector. It contains over 30.000 profiles and is constantly updated. The sophisticated software used for consultation enables us to define the research parameters in an extremely precise way;
- selection interviews, where the candidates' psychological and personal characteristics are evaluated;
- introduction of the candidates chosen, after having sent a complete professional profile;
- check up, at the end of a previously established period, on the result of the placement: in the case of unsuitability a new selection is carried out completely free of charge.
